This Privacy Policy describes how CHEKDD (“CHEKDD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our project management portal (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, company name, and login credentials (managed via our authentication provider) used to create and secure your account.
  • Project metadata: project names, schedules, budgets, org charts, issues and risks, meeting minutes, and other content you or your team enter into a project’s dashboard.
  • User-authorized integration tokens: OAuth access and refresh tokens for third-party cloud storage accounts (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box) that you explicitly connect to a project, along with the folder locations you select for syncing.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the core features of the portal, including dashboards, scheduling, budgeting, and document organization tools.
  • Organize and display your project documentation, including files synced in from a connected cloud storage integration.
  • Manage user access and permissions within your organization’s projects.
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including diagnosing technical issues.

We do not use your project content or account information to serve advertisements, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Google API Services & Google Drive Data Use

CHEKDD accesses Google Drive user data solely to read and display project-related documents and sync project files within the platform.

We do not sell, transfer, or use Google user data for serving advertisements or training AI models.

CHEKDD’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Protection & Storage

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (via HTTPS/TLS) and encryption of data at rest. Access to project data is restricted to authenticated users with permission to view a given project.

We do not sell your personal information or your project data to third parties, under any circumstances.
