Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CHEKDD’s project management portal (the “Service”). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You will notify us promptly at admin@chekdd.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization’s permitted use of its project data, and will not attempt to access data belonging to a project or organization you have not been granted access to.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the project information, documents, and other content you or your team upload to the Service.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to optionally connect third-party cloud storage providers, including Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box, to sync project files into the platform. These integrations are enabled only when you explicitly authorize them, and can be disconnected by you at any time from the Cloud Storage Integrations settings.

Your use of any third-party integration is also subject to that provider’s own terms of service and privacy policy. CHEKDD is not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party services, and our access to data from those services is limited to what is described in our Privacy Policy, including (for Google Drive) the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability & Modifications

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHEKDD and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to admin@chekdd.com, or through our Contact page.
